改良启闭式灭菌盒的研究

摘　　要：目的研究启闭式灭菌盒,实现灭菌后预防二次污染。方法通过观察启闭情况和无菌检验,对自行设计改良的启闭式灭菌包装盒防污染效果进行评价。结果已改良的灭菌盒经连续1 000盒次灭菌试验,通气孔遮板移位发生率为1.4%;未改良灭菌盒移位发生率为12.6%。经对灭菌后下送过程中发生盒体分离和移位的灭菌盒内器械检测227件,全部有菌生长;未发生分离和移位的灭菌盒内器械检测227件,全部无菌生长。结论改良后的启闭式灭菌盒保障了包装盒的密闭性,形成了较有效的阻菌屏障,能避免灭菌后发生二次污染,达到了设计要求。Objective To research the disinfection packaging box,to achieve the goal that prevent the second contamination after sterilization.Methods To evaluate the sterilizing effect of the self-designing improved disinfection packaging box through observing the opening or shutting condition and sterilization test.Results By continuous 1 000 times sterilization test,the rate in air-vent covers translocation of the improved disinfection packaging box was 1.4%;The rate in non-improved disinfection packaging box was 12.6%.227 of sterilized cases which had box body separated or translocated in transportation all had bacterial growth.And 227 of others which not had separated and translocated all were sterile.Conclusion The improved disinfection packaging box could ensure the impermeability of case by forming a more effective barrier to resist bacteria.It caould prevent and reduce the possibility of the second contamination,achieving the design requests.
