上海市某城区民办门诊部消毒质量调查

摘　　要：目的了解上海市某城区民办门诊部消毒工作质量,进一步规范独立门诊消毒管理工作。方法通过现场调查和抽样检测方法,对该城区管辖的23家民办门诊部消毒质量进行了监测。结果从23家门诊部共采样347份,平均总合格率为89.34%。民办口腔门诊部消毒质量合格率为94.07%,综合门诊部合格率为87.84%,中医门诊部合格率为87.23%,医疗美容门诊部合格率为86.11%。以室内空气消毒质量最差,合格率仅为73.33%。结论该城区民办门诊部卫生消毒质量整体较好,存在薄弱环节,应加强民办门诊部室内空气质量管理。Objective To know the disinfection quality in civilian-run clinics,in order to standardize the disinfection management.Methods On-the-spot investigation and sampling monitor method were used to survey the disinfection quality of 23 civilian-run clinics.Results The average eligible rate of 347 samples detected from 23 civilian-run clinics was 89.34%.The eligible rate of dental clinics,comprehensive clinics,TCM clinics and medical cosmetic clinics was 94.07%,87.84%,87.23% and 86.11% respectively.The eligible rate of indoor air quality in all the objects detected was 73.33%,which was the lowest.Conclusion The disinfection quality of civilian-run clinics is relatively good in the district,but still exist weak point.Civilian-run clinics should strengthen the indoor air quality management.
