痰涂片阳性肺结核患者家庭消毒情况调查

摘　　要：目的了解痰涂片阳性肺结核患者家庭消毒情况,以便对病家消毒进行指导。方法通过现场和问卷调查方式,对河北保定地区肺结核传染期家庭消毒情况进行了调查。结果本次调查的200个肺结核家庭对结核病相关知识,城镇患者家庭平均总知晓率为72.8%,农村患者家庭总平均知晓率为43.0%。城市患者和农村患者家庭消毒方法平均正确率分别为61.8%和46.3%,家庭消毒执行率分别为57%和37%。结论本地区结核病家庭对肺结核相关知识和家庭消毒知识的知晓率均比较低,家庭消毒执行率也比较低,需要加强对病家消毒的指导和管理。Objective To know the disinfection status of sputum TB positive patient′s family,so as to guide the disinfection of the patient and his family.Methods On-the-spot investigation and questionare were used to investigate household disinfection of infectious tuberculosis cases in Hebei Baoding.Results Of 200 households of TB-related knowledge of tuberculosis,the average awareness rate of urban families was 72.8%,the average awareness rate of rural families was 43.0%.The average correct rate of urban and rural household of disinfection methods were 61.8% and 46.3% respectively.The household disinfection implementation rate was 57% and 37% respectively.Conclusions Families in the region of TB-related knowledge of tuberculosis and family disinfection knowledge awareness is low.Performance of household disinfection is low.Guidance and management of disinfection of the patient and his family need to be strengthened.
