营口市口腔医疗机构消毒隔离现状调查

摘　　要：目的了解营口市口腔医疗机构消毒隔离工作现状,为规范消毒管理和提高消毒质量提供科学依据。方法采用现场调查与采样检测的方法,对营口市部分口腔诊所进行了调查。结果所调查的口腔诊所内牙钻手机、无菌器械和使用中消毒液的合格率依次为89.66%,77.27%和50%;口腔诊疗用水的合格率手机用水为27.5%,储罐用水为26.92%,漱口水为38.71%。结论营口市口腔医疗机构消毒与灭菌质量存在明显隐患,应加强无菌器械和牙钻手机灭菌管理,提高灭菌效果。Objective To know the status of disinfection and isolation of oral medical institutions in Yingkou,in order to provide scientific basis for standard the disinfection management and improve the disinfection quality.Methods Field investigation and sampling method were used in part of dental clinic of Yingkou.Results The qualified rate of the dental drill,sterilized instruments and disinfectant in using was 89.66%,77.27% and 50% respectively.The qualified rate of water used in dental drill was 27.5%,26.92% in water tank,38.71% for mouth-wash water.Conclusion There are obvious problems of disinfection and sterilization in oral medical institutions of Yingkou.It should strengthen the sterilized instruments and dental drill sterilization management,improve the sterilizing effect.
