女排运动员赛前与赛中心境各层面特征研究

摘　　要：心境是排球运动员的一项重要心理指标。采用BFS心境量表作为测试工具,运用逻辑分析法和数理统计法等方法对中国女排运动员的赛前与赛中心境状态研究分析,结果表明:赛前与赛中女排运动员在愤怒性和抑郁性2层面上程度趋于一致;在活跃性、愉悦性、思虑性和激动性4维度平均得分上,赛中均高于赛前,程度有所加深;在平静性维度平均得分上,赛中低于赛前,程度有所减弱;在无活力性平均得分上,赛中低于赛前,程度有所加深。The state of mind is an important psychological volleyball player indicator.In this paper,BFS mood scale as a testing tool,combined with the logical analysis and mathematical statistics and other methods,this paper made a research analysis in the state of mind before the game and tournament of Chinese volleyball players,the results showed that under the two environmental indicators before and during the game,the anger and depression of China＇s women＇s volleyball athletes comes to converge.In the average scores on the four-dimensional of active,pleasure,consideration and excitement,they are all higher during the game than before the game,the degree is higher.In the average scores of quiet,it is lower during the game than before the game,the degree is lower.In the average scores of no-activity,it is lower during the game than before the game,the degree is higher.
