摘 要:地下柴油电站运行时会产生大量的废热。蓄热型水库的设计可以利用相变材料将电站的废热加以储存和利用,从而节约能源。本文首先对所选蓄热材料的相变潜热进行了实验测定,并对实验结果进行了分析。根据实验所得参数设计了用圆柱型塑料瓶封装的蓄热单元以及放置蓄热单元的蓄热装置,同时根据蓄热装置的物性参数,设计了蓄热型水库并计算了蓄热型水库的总蓄热量。以三段式蓄热型水库为例,介绍了蓄热型水库的蓄、放热方案。最后,结合蓄热型水库在工程实例中的应用得出了几点结论。Underground diesel power plant operation will generate a lot of waste heat. The design of heat-storage reservoir could utilize PCMs (phase-change materials) to store and use the waste heat of power station, thus save energy. The phase change latent heat of the selected materials was measured, and the results of the experiment were analyzed. According to the experimental parameters, the heat-storage unit encapsulated in the cylinder plastic botdes and heat-storage device containing the heat-storage unit were designed. And then the heat-storage reservoir was designed according to the physical parameters of the heat-storage device. Taking a 3-sectional heat-storage reservoir as an example, the total storage heat of reservoir is calculated and the heat-storage and heat-release scheme is introduced. Finally, combined with thermal storage reservoir applications in engineering examples, some conclusions are drawn.
