摘　　要：鞍钢宪法是毛泽东在探索中国特色社会主义道路上关于企业管理模式的创举,它的核心内容是"两参一改三结合"。其中蕴含的民主思想、对人价值的肯定以及对传统分工理论的突破等对当前以公有制为主体的中国特色社会主义企业管理思想有重要的启示作用。Angang Constitution is one of great initiatives that Mao Zedong has explored the road of socialism with Chinese characteristics on corporate management.It＇s core is ＂two involvements,one innovation,and three coalescences＂.The democratic thoughts,human values,breakthrough in the traditional division of labor theory,and so on,which have important implications for the role to public ownership as the mainstay of the business management thinking socialism with Chinese characteristics for the present.
