摘　　要：为探讨自我监控与心理健康的关系,用252名在校大学生为被试,施测自我监控量表和SCL-90量表。结果为高自我监控与SCL-90子量表有负相关,自我导向与敌对子自量表有正相关,他人导向与SCL-90量表9个子量表都存在正相关。因此,高自我监控者心理最健康,自我导向和他人导向者都存在不健康因素。To explore the relationship between the self-monitoring and the mental health,with 252 students in subjects,surveying self-monitoring and SCL-90 tables.Self-monitoring and SCL-90 scale results in a high negatively correlation,self-directed subscale had positively correlation with hostility,other-directed subscale had positively correlation with all subscale of SCL-90.Therefore,high self-monitors are the best in mental health,both self-directors and other-directors are not.
