12个玉米自交系ASI及株型性状配合力分析  被引量:5

摘  要:利用近年来新育成的部分玉米自交系和骨干自交系共12个自交系按4×8不完全双列杂交设计,配成32个组合,分析了散粉-吐丝间隔期(ASI)、株高、穗位高、茎粗、雄穗长、雄穗分枝数、叶夹角、叶面积等8个性状的一般配合力(GCA)、特殊配合力(SCA)和遗传参数.结果表明:株高、穗位高、雄穗长、叶夹角以加性基因效应为主;ASI、茎粗、雄穗分支数、叶面积以非加性基因效应为主.自交系F83、9046、340、黄201、综31、B73和598的多数性状GCA较好,用这些自交系作亲本,在提高玉米的抗旱性,改善植株株型结构上都具有一定的利用价值.SCA表现较好的杂交组合有F83×B73、昌7-2×478、黄201×478、598×478、ZX09-1002×掖107、598×掖107、综31×掖107、黄201×9046、综31×9046、F83×9046.According to the design of 4×8 incomplete diallel crossing,32 crossing combinations were conducted to analyze general and special combining ability and their corresponding genetic parameters of 8 plant-type characters in 12 maize inbreds.The results showed that plant height,ear height,tassel main axis length and leaf angle were majorly controlled by the effects of additive gene,ASI,stem diameter,tassel branch number and leaf area were controlled by the non-additive gene effects.The most plant-type characters of F83,9046,340,huang201,zong31,B73 and 598 were better,they were useful inbred line to improve the drought resistance and plant-type characters.And the crosses of F83×B73,chang7-2×478,huang 201×478,598×478,ZX09-1002×ye107,598×ye107,zong31×ye107,huang201×9046,zong31×9046,F83×9046 all showed better special combining ability.
