摘  要:目的通过含液晶感温膜的仿组织体模和离体牛肝组织实验,研究高强度聚焦超声(HIFU)焦域大小随不同参数的变化。方法设定不同输入功率、辐照时间和辐照深度进行实验,用相机分别记录不同参数下仿组织体模和牛肝组织内形成的焦域,并进行数据统计分析。结果仿组织体模焦域内液晶感温膜显示65.7℃以上区域呈椭圆形;HIFU焦域长、短轴随输入功率、辐照时间的增加而增大,随辐照深度的增加而减小,且长轴变化较短轴明显,同时存在辐照时间阈值。结论含有液晶感温膜的仿组织体模可用于研究HIFU焦域随不同影响因素的变化情况,结合离体牛肝组织实验对比,为HIFU剂量研究提供参考依据。Objective To study the variation of the size of focal regions with different parameters for HIFU through tissue-mimicking phantom including temperature membrane and excised bovine liver. Methods Experiments were performed after setting different input powers, exposure times and exposure depths. Focal regions formed in tissue-mimicking and bovine liver for the different parameters were recorded by camera. The results were analyzed by statistics. Results The temperature in the focal region of tissue-mimicking phantom showed that the area with temperature above 65.7℃ was elliptical in shape. With increased input power and exposure time, the focal region became larger. In addition, the focal region became shorter with increased exposure depth, while the variation in long axis was more obvious than that in the short axis. There was an exposure time threshold. Conclusions The tissue-mimicking phantom including temperature membrane could be used to study the variation of focal region for HIFU with different factors, and could offer references for HIFU dosage studies in combining excised bovine liver.
