超声对小儿肢体单纯性骨囊肿的诊断价值

摘　　要：目的探讨小儿肢体单纯性骨囊肿的超声显像特征及诊断价值。方法回顾分析31例手术证实为单纯性骨囊肿的患儿资料,总结超声图像特征,并对照X线、CT及病理结果研究。结果本研究中31例经超声检查均清晰显示病灶,示小儿肢体单纯性骨囊肿的超声表现为骨皮质局部膨胀变薄,骨内呈囊性改变,囊腔内多呈边界清晰的无回声区,长轴与骨干长轴一致,多呈单房,部分病例囊腔内可见少量强回声骨嵴分隔,病灶内无明显血流信号。结论超声对小儿肢体单纯性骨囊肿的诊断有重要价值,可为临床提供可靠信息。Objective To study ultrasound features and its value in diagnosis of simple bone cyst （SBC） in pediatric extremities. Methods Data of 31 cases of SBC proved by surgical operations were retrospectively analyzed. U1 trasonograms of the cases were summered and compared with the ？（ray, CT and pathologic results. Results Ultra sonagrams of pediatric SBC showed that bone cortex in lesions were expanded and thin, cystic lesions could be seen in the bone,the intramedullary cavity presented as a sharply defined echoless in most cases, the long axis of lesion was consistent with the bone shaft＇s. The cyst was unicameral in mose cases, a bit of bone crest could be seen in some cases. Color ultrasonograph showed no blood signals in all the cases. Conclusions Ultrasonography is valuable in diagnosis of pediatric SBC, and could supply reliable informations for diagnosis and treatment of the lesion.
