探讨超声知识库的构建及其在临床与教学中的应用价值

摘　　要：目的探讨构建信息资源共享概念的超声知识库在临床超声检查及教学中的应用价值。方法通过计算机可扩展标记语言技术,采用树状动态结构方式,按照超声解剖知识、超声基础知识和超声临床知识分类,建立超声检查及相关解剖的知识库,并使之能以图文、动画并茂模式直观形象展示,力图达到辅助诊断及教学的目的。结果在超声临床实践和教学过程中,根据诊断和学习需要可以方便快捷地从知识库调阅附以文字解读的超声及解剖图片,并通过演示动画来培养和提高超声检查操作技能。结论建立超声影像信息系统知识库,可为培养超声医师的实践技能及医学影像专业的超声教学,提供一个崭新的模式和实用的平台,具有推广应用价值。Objective To establish an ultrasound knowledge base with information resources share in order to provide a platform of auxiliary diagnosis and study in ultrasonic examination and teaching. Methods According to the basic knowledge in ultrasound, the anatomize and clinical knowledge in ultrasound construct the ultrasound knowledge base which contains knowledge and pictures related to ultrasonic examination and anatomy with the technology of extensible markup language, they are set up by the mode of arrangement serial number and the display of the ultrasound knowledge base is a integration of pictures and texts. Results In process of auxiliary diagnosis and teaching practice, pictures of ultrasound and anatomy noted with essential texts in the ultrasound knowledge base are convenient and easy to use in need and manipulative skills in ultrasonic examination are cultivated and prompted by displaying flashes. Conclusions The ultrasound knowledge base provides a brand-new mode and platform for the raise of practice-skill of Sonographers and for the clinical teaching of students in Medical Imaging.
