摘 要:目的探讨驴心包在力学性能方面是否符合生物瓣膜的制备条件。方法用戊二醛鞣制脱细胞处理后的驴心包和牛心包进行对比研究。光镜下观察两组脱细胞效果。力学实验测定两组收缩温度、心包厚度、最大载荷、抗拉强度和撕裂强度。结果脱细胞处理后,光镜下见戊二醛鞣制的驴心包和牛心包无残存的细胞核,而未经脱细胞处理的驴心包和牛心包可见弥漫性细胞核存在,两种心包无明显差异;驴心包组收缩温度(87.500 0±0.591 6)℃,牛心包组收缩温度为(87.560 0±0.371 5)℃,两组差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);取相同心尖部位的驴心包与牛心包比较,驴心包厚度薄,抗拉强度大(P<0.001);两者的最大载荷和撕裂强度差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论戊二醛鞣制的驴心包在力学性能方面适合制作心脏瓣膜材料。Objective To investigate donkey pericardial mechanical properties in biological valve preparation co tions. Methods Glutaraldehyde tanned acellular donkey pericardium was regarded as the experimental group, and araldehyde tanned acellular bovine pericardium was regarded as the control group. The donkey pericardium and bo pericardium were observed under a light microscope to identify the decellularized effect. The properties of temperature shrinkage, pericardial thickness, maximum load, tensile strength and tear strength were compared between the groups. Results There were no residual nuclei in the decellularized donkey and bovine pericardium. There were n visible diffuse nuclei existing in the non-decellularized donkey and bovine pericardium. There was no difference between the two groups. The statistical analysis of shrinking temperature showed no significant difference between the experi mental group ( 87. 500 0 ± 0.591 6) ℃ and the control group ( 87. 560 0 ±0.371 5 )℃ ( P 〉 0.05 ). The donkey peri dium were significantly thinner in thickness and higher in tensile strength than the bovine pericardium ( P 〈 0.00I However, there were no differences between the two groups in temperature shrinkage, maximum load and tear strel (P 〉 0.05 ). Conclusion Glutaraldehyde tanned donkey pericardium is suitable for the production of heart valve m rials with mechanical properties.
