摘 要:目的:探讨危重症中高血糖病人如何选择肠内营养(EN)种类,对控制血糖水平,改善预后的影响。方法:将危重症病人86例并发高血糖的病人随机分为试验组和对照组,每组43例。分别给予缓释淀粉型的EN液(瑞代)和普通EN液(瑞素)治疗。观察两组病人的血糖水平、营养指标以及预后等情况。结果:研究结束时,试验组病人的血糖水平明显低于对照组,且血糖水平较稳定,波动较小,差异有统计学意义。试验组病人良好转归明显高于对照组。结论:含缓释淀粉型的EN液能有效地降低危重症中高血糖病人的血糖水平,改善预后。Objective: To explore the best choice of enteral nutrient for patients with hyperglycemia in Critical Care Medicine.Methods: Eighty six patients with hyperglycemia in Critical Care Medicine were randomly divided into study group(slow-release starch added enteral nutrition)and the control group(standard enteral formula nutrition).The changes in nutrition-associated indexes,blood glucose were observed before and after enteral nutrient support.Results:When the study finished,the level of blood glucose in the study group was improved significantly when compared with that in the control group.Conclusion: The slow-release starch added enteral nutrition can reduce the level of blood glucose of the patients with hyperglycemia in Critical Care Medicine,and improve the prognosis.
