摘 要:以石英粉和铝矾土组成复合耐火骨料,在不同温度下进行烧结,使用BST401抗折弯仪测试烧结试样的抗弯强度,研究不同配比的耐火骨料的烧结性。研究表明,随着复合骨料中铝矾土含量的增加和烧结温度的升高,试样的抗弯强度都有增大的趋势。当铝矾土含量为60%、石英粉含量为40%、试样在1500℃时抗弯强度显著增大。并对烧结试样进行扫描电镜(SEM)分析,试样烧结良好,符合消失模铸钢涂料耐火骨料的要求。The refractory aggregate which was composed of quartz powder and bauxite was sintered at different temperatures.BST 401 bending strength tester was used to test the bending strength of samples sintered to understand the sintering behavior of the refractory aggregate with different proportion ratio.The results show that with the increase of the bauxite content in the refractory aggregate and the sintering temperature,the bending strength of the samples is increased,and the bending strength of the sample exhibits the maximum value with 60% bauxite and 40% quartz powder at 1500 ℃.The morphology of samples sintered was observed by scanning electron microscope(SEM).The results reveal that samples sintered shows desirable sintering behavior,meeting the requirements of the refractory aggregate in the coating for evaporated pattern casting cast steel.
