摘  要:目的观察强脉冲光联合超声波药物导入和保湿面膜治疗激素依赖性皮炎的疗效。方法将入选的68例患者随机分为治疗组和对照组。两组均使用强脉冲光(intense pulsed light,IPL)治疗,每3周治疗1次,5次为1个疗程;治疗组同时予超声波导入自制导入液及冷喷、敷保湿面膜,1~2次/周。1疗程结束后评价疗效。结果治疗组主观症状及皮肤潮红肿胀、干燥脱屑、痤疮样皮损及皮肤老化治疗效果优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),而多毛及毛细血管扩张两组治疗效果差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),随访6个月,治疗组耐受性好,无严重不良反应发生。结论强脉冲光联合超声波导入药物和保湿面膜治疗激素依赖性皮炎具有疗效好、无严重不良反应等优点。Objective To observe the efficacy of the IPL(intense pulsed light) combination with the ultrasonic wave guide and moisturizing mask in treatment of corticosteroid dependent dermatitis(CDD).Methods Sixty-eight patients of CDD were randomized into treatment group and control group:both of the two groups were applied IPL 1 times every 3 weeks,and 5 times as a treatment course;At the same time,treatment group were guided self-made nutrient solution by phonophoresis coordination with cold spray and moisturizing mask,1~2 times every week.The efficacy was evaluated after one treatment course.Results The subjective symptoms,face diffused erythema and tumid,drying and desquamation,acneform lesion and skin aging in treatment group were better than that of control group significantly(P〈0.05).But there were no statistical difference between two groups about polytrichia and angiotelectasis(P〉0.05).Patients were followed up for 6 months,there were well-tolerated and had no obvious adverse reaction and recurrence in trearment group.Conclusion The IPL combination with the ultrasonic wave guide and moisturizing mask is an effective and safe method in treatment of CDD.
