阿维A联合复方氟米松软膏封包治疗皮肤淀粉样变病疗效观察

摘　　要：目的观察阿维A胶囊联合复方氟米松软膏封包治疗皮肤淀粉样变病的临床疗效和安全性。方法将门诊106例皮肤淀粉样变病患者,按就诊顺序随机分为3组。治疗组:35例,口服阿维A胶囊联合外用复方氟米松软膏封包治疗;对照1组:35例,口服阿维A胶囊联合外用去炎松-尿素软膏治疗;对照2组:36例,单纯复方氟米松软膏外用封包治疗。连用6周进行症状评分和疗效判定。结果治疗组有效率为91.43%,对照1组为51.43%,对照2组为55.56%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论阿维A联合复方氟米松软膏封包治疗皮肤淀粉样变病具有较好的临床疗效,值得临床应用。Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of acitretin capsules combined with package therapy applying compound flumetasone ointment for cutaneous amyloidosis. Methods One hundred and six patients with cu- taneous amyloidosis were randomly divided into three groups. Treatment group： thirty-five cases were treated by taking acitretin capsules and using package therapy by external application of compound flumetasone oint- ment. The control group 1, 35 cases were treated by taking acitretin capsules and applying triamacinolone- carbamide ointment. The control group 2, 36 cases only applied compound flumetasone ointment as the ex- ternal package therapy. This treatment continued for 6 successive weeks, meanwhile, its efficacy was ob- served and the symptoms were graded. Results The total effective rate in treatment group was 91.43% , in the control group 1 was 51.43% , in the control group 2 was 55.56%. The difference between them was sig- nificant （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion There is a better efficacy on taking aeitretin capsules in combination with package therapy applying compound flumetasone ointment in cutaneous amyloidosis. This treatment deserves the further clinical application.
