吡硫翁锌气雾剂治疗慢性肥厚性湿疹的临床观察

摘　　要：目的观察吡硫翁锌气雾剂对慢性肥厚性湿疹的临床疗效和安全性。方法对50例慢性肥厚性湿疹病人,采用自身单盲对照研究进行,治疗组予吡硫翁锌气雾剂外用,对照组予20%尿素软膏外用,均2次/d,疗程4周。结果 4周末治疗组有效率和治愈率分别为88.00%和38.00%,对照组分别为32.00%和6.00%,两组差异有统计学意义,治疗过程中无不良反应出现。结论吡硫翁锌气雾剂治疗慢性肥厚性湿疹的疗效较好,且安全可靠。Objective To observe the effect of curing chronic hypertrophic eczema with pyrithione zinc aerosol. Meth- ods Self-single-blind control trial was applied to observe 50 patients with chronic hypertrophic eczema, two lesions with same damages were chosen. Pyrithione zinc aerosol and urea ointment were used to the test or control side respectively for 4 weeks, twice a day for 4 weeks. Results In the test group, the cure rate of the cases with chronic hypertrophic eczema was 38.00% , efficient rate was 88.00% ; the control group were 6.00% and 32.00% , respectively with significiant difference （ P 〈0.05 ）. Conclusion Pyrithione zinc aerosol is effective in the treatment of chronic hypertrophic eczema.
