摘 要:本文比较研究了棉田绿盲蝽Apolygus lucorum(Meyer-Dür)种群的调查方法。全株调查法中,目测法调查到的绿盲蝽种群密度最高,显著高于扫网法和盆拍法。局部调查法发现,蕾上的绿盲蝽种群数量显著高于叶片和花上;蕾上种群数量与整株密度之间呈显著正相关关系(y=1.18 x+3.69)。间接调查法表明:在苗期和蕾期,叶片受害等级和绿盲蝽种群密度之间呈显著正相关关系(苗期:y=25.28 x+8.20;蕾期:y=43.99 x+27.58)。Sampling methods for estimating the abundance of Apolygus lucorum(Meyer-Dur) were compared in cotton field in Langfang, Hebei Province during 2009--2010. The results show that the population density estimate obtained by the visual count method was significantly higher than that obtained by the sweep-net and drop-tray methods. Density on cotton buds was higher than on cotton flowers and leaves. Moreover, there was a simple linear relationship (y = 1.18 x + 3.69) between the population density on buds (x) and that on whole plants (y). At the seedling and budding stages there was a significant correlation ( seedling period, y = 25.28 x + 8.20; budding period, y = 43.99 x + 27.58) between the population density of A. lucorum (x) and the degree of leaf damage (y). All the above information provides options for sampling this important pest.
