寻常性银屑病患者血清白介素-21水平及其与病情严重度的相关性研究

摘　　要：目的:检测寻常性银屑病(psoriasis vulgaris,PV)患者血清白介素(IL)-21的水平,并探讨其与银屑病皮损面积和严重度指数(PASI)评分之间的相关性。方法:采用酶联免疫吸附法(ELISA)比较37例PV患者(患者组)和37例健康对照者(健康对照组)血清IL-21的水平,并结合患者的PASI评分进行统计学相关性分析。结果:PV患者组血清IL-21水平高于健康对照组(t=2.873,P<0.01),患者组血清IL-21水平与其PASI评分呈显著正相关(r=0.471,P<0.01)。结论:PV患者组血清IL-21水平升高,且与疾病严重程度呈显著正相关,提示IL-21可能在PV的发病中发挥重要作用。Objective： To detect serum interleukin-21 （IL-21） levels in patients with psoriasis vulgaris （PV） and investigate the correlation between serum IL-21 levels and PASI scores. Methods： Serum IL-21 levels were measured by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay （ELISA） in 37 cases of PV and 37 healthy controls. PASI scores in patients with PV were also evaluated. Results： （1） Serum IL-21 levels were higher in PV patients than those in healthy control subjects （t = 2.873, P〈 0.01）. （2） Serum IL-21 levels in PV patients positively correlated with PASI scores （r=0.471, P〈0.01）. Conclusions： Serum IL-21 levels in patients with PV are elevated and positively correlate with disease severity. The results suggest that IL-21 may play an important role in the pathogenesis of PV.
