摘  要:以Y(NO3)3.6H2O和碳酸氢铵为原料,在撞击流反应器中制备碳酸钇,经焙烧得到超细氧化钇粉体。考察了分散剂加入量、反应物摩尔比n(NH4HCO3)/n(Y(NO3)3)、活性碳用量、反应温度、反应时间、搅拌速度以及碳酸钇的焙烧温度和焙烧时间等因素对Y2O3粒径的影响,并用WJL激光粒度仪、TG、XRD和SEM等表征手段对产品进行表征,从而获得制备超细氧化钇的优化工艺条件为:PEG4000的质量为硝酸钇的3%,活性炭用量为0.025 mol·L-1,反应物摩尔比n(NH4HCO3)∶n(Y(NO3)3)为8∶1,反应温度50℃,反应40 min,螺旋桨转速1000 r·min-1,800℃下焙烧1.5 h,在此条件下制得球形氧化钇超细粉体,表观粒径小于0.5μm。The ultra-fine Y2O3 powder was obtained by roasting the yttrium carbonate prepared in submerged circulation impinging stream reactor with Y(NO3)3 · 6H2O and NH4HCO3 as raw materials.The effects of consumption of dispersant,concentration of reactants,dosage of the activated carbon,reaction temperature and time,stirring velocity,roasting temperature and time of the prepared yttrium carbonate on the particle size were investigated.The particle size of the product was detected by WJL laser particle size instrument,and the properties of Y2O3 were characterized by TG,XRD and SEM.The optimized reaction conditions were acquired as follow: usage of PEG4000 was 3% of the usage of Y(NO3)3 · 6H2O,usage of the activated carbon was 0.025 mol · L-1,ratio of the reactants n(NH4HCO3)∶ n(Y(NO3)3) was 8∶ 1,reaction temperature was 50 ℃,time was 40 min,stirring velocity was 1000 r · min-1,roasting temperature and time was 800 ℃ and 1.5 h respectively.Under those conditions a sort of round Y2O3 with average particle size of 0.5 μm could be obtained.
