摘  要:Fe-6.5Si高硅钢是一种具有高磁导率、低矫顽力和低铁损等优异性能的软磁材料。但有序相B2和DO3,尤其是DO3相的出现会使高硅钢的硬度和脆性急剧升高,并对薄板的轧制加工产生非常不利的影响。由于该合金中同时存在A2、B2和DO3三相,且X射线衍射峰大量重叠,给DO3相的定量分析带来困难。采用直接比较法定量分析DO3相的体积分数,结果表明,h+k+l为偶数时A2与B2相{hkl}晶面衍射的结构因子相同。若将A2与B2合并成一相处理,适当调整X射线衍射直接比较法的关系式,进而对DO3相的特征衍射峰与三相重叠的衍射峰进行直接比较,即可计算出DO3相的体积分数。It is well known that Fe-Si(6.5$in mass percent) alloy is one kind of excellent soft magnetic materials with higher relative permeability, lower coercive force and iron loss than those of conventional industrial silicon steel(wsi〈 4.5%). It is very hard to produce Fe-6.5Si alloy into thin sheet by conventional rolling method because of its room- temperature embrittlement and poor workability resulted from the formation of ordered phases like B2 and D03, espe- cially reactions towards the DO3 ordered phase. Iron-based alloys containing silicon(6.5% in mass percent) form two kinds of ordered structures of B2 and D03 on the basis of the fundamental crystal lattice of bcc. X-ray diffraction of this alloy sheet shows that a lot of X-ray diffraction peaks of these phases are superposed, which make it difficult to quantitative- ly analyze the fraction of D03 phase. Volume fraction of D03 phase is investigated by direct comparison method. The analysis shows that {hkl} diffraction structure factor of A2 phase is the same as that of B2 phase while hq-kq-I is even. Therefore, A2 and B2 phases are regarded into one, by appropriately adjusting the formula for direct compari- son method for XRD ,and one can directly separate the characteristic diffraction peak of D03 phase from the super- posed diffraction peak of the three phases. Using this method, the volume fraction of D03 phase is calculated.
