摘 要:目的:研究颈椎后路减压单开门椎管扩大成形术联合侧块钢板固定治疗颈椎后纵韧带骨化的疗效。方法:对41例临床病例进行回顾性研究,均有程度不等的脊髓压迫症状,全部行颈椎后路减压单开门椎管扩大成形术,侧块钢板固定术。术前术后神经功能评分采用JOA评分。结果:随访12~16(14±2.0)个月,JOA评分较术前提高4.8分。结论:颈椎后路减压单开门椎管扩大成形术合并颈椎侧块钢板内固定术治疗后纵韧带骨化,具有适应范围广、操作简单安全、固定牢固等优点,是治疗后纵韧带骨化的一种有效的方法。Objective: To evaluate the clinical effect of posterior decompression and open-door laminoplasty combined with lateral mass plate fixation in the treatment of ossification of the posterior longitudinal ligament of the cervical spine (OPLL). Methods: A total of 41 O PLL patients in our hospital, with differing extents of spinal compression, were analyzed retrospectively. All cases underwent a posterior open-door laminoplasty operation, and lateral mass plate fixation. The Japanese Orthopedic Association (JOA) score was adopted to evaluate nerve function. Results: All cases were followed up for 12 to 16 (14 ±2.0) months. The postoperative JOA score was increased 4.8 points compared with the preoperative. Conclusion: Posterior open-door laminoplasty combined with lateral mass plate fixation for ossification of the posterior longitudinal ligament of the cervical spine possesses the advantages of extensive applicability, simplicity and safety, and strong stability. It is an efficient and reliable method for ossification of the posterior longitudinal ligament.
