摘  要:目的探讨不同剂量对比剂在多层螺旋CT(MSCT)犬肾动脉成像上的可行性。材料与方法 6只健康家犬按随机数字表法平均分为碘海醇1.62、2.02、2.40ml/kg组。每只犬每一剂量各扫描3次,共计54次,每次扫描间隔时间至少48h。根据轴位及后处理图像,对3种剂量肾实质显影情况、肾动脉清晰程度及肾动脉分支显示情况进行评分,测量肾动脉主干及分支不同部位CT值与腹主动脉信噪比。结果 3种剂量肾实质显影程度较低,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);3种剂量均能清晰显示肾动脉主干及3级分支,显示程度评分各组间差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);3种剂量测得肾动脉主干及分支不同部位CT值组间差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05);3种剂量腹主动脉信噪比组间差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论使用较低剂量对比剂(1.62ml/kg)行MSCT犬肾动脉成像可以获得良好且符合临床诊断的图像。Purpose To investigate the feasibility of dog renal artery imaging with multi-slice CT (MSCT) using different doses contrast media. Materials and Methods Six dogs were selected and randomly divided into three groups using different doses contrast agent, Iohexol, at 1.62, 2.02, 2.40ml/kg, respectively. Each dosage group was repeated three times with at least 48 hours scan interval. Imaging quality of renal parenchymal, renal artery and visualization of renal artery branches were graded on axial and post-processed views. The CT values of main renal artery and branches as well as signal-to-noise ratio in abdominal aorta were measured. Results There was no statistical difference in renal parenchymal imaging among the three groups (P0.05). Main renal artery and its 3rd-order branches were clearly shown in all three groups without statistical difference in scoring (P 0.05). There was no statistical difference in comparing CT values in different portions in main renal artery and its 3rd-order branches (P 0.05). There was no statistical difference in signal-to-noise ratio within abdominal aorta among all groups (P0.05). Conclusion High quality images can be obtained in imaging dog renal arteries with MSCT using low dose contrast media of 1.62ml/kg.
