河南林县主要死因对人口寿命的影响  

The Harm of Main Death Causes to Loifespan of the Inhabitants in Lin-county During 1977—1986

摘　　要：根据1977～1986年林县居民病伤死亡原因登记报告资料编制的简略寿命表表明,当地居民出生时的平均期望寿命男女分别为64.41和67.22岁。如果消除恶性肿瘤、循环系疾病、外伤中毒及意外对居民健康的危害,男性平均期望寿命分别可提高3.16、4.50、和2.08岁;女性平均期望寿命分别可增加2.49、6.68和1.30岁。食管癌在全部恶性肿瘤中居第一位,去食管癌寿命表男女分别可增加1.92和1.50岁。这些结果揭示了上述几种主要死因对居民健康危害的严重性。According to the registered data of whole death causes in Lin-county during 1977—1986, we calculated the simple life-span tables of the inhabitants in this region. The results suggested that the ave- rage expecting life-spans of male and female were 64.41 and 67.22 years old respectively.The average expecting life-span of male would have raised 3.16, 4.50 and 2.08 years old if the harm of malignant tumor, the diseases of circulatory system and the abnormal death had been removed respectively; and the female would have raised 2.49, 6.68 and 1.30 years old. The esophageal cancer was the first cause of death among whole malignant tumor. If it had been controlled effectively, the male and female inhabitants would have increased 1.92 and 1.50 years old respectively. The analysis revealed that the main causes of death as above were seriously harmful to the health of people in this region.
