摘　　要：新《水土保持法》的颁布明确规定了加强生产建设项目水土保持监测相关工作,使生产建设项目水土保持监测在全国范围内广泛地开展起来。由于生产建设项目水土保持监测在我国起步较晚,加上土壤侵蚀本来就是一个机理复杂、规律难循的过程,导致了相关工作中存在着诸多难题,这些棘手的问题直接制约了监测结果的真实性和准确性。笔者通过相关典型实例,阐述了生产建设项目水土保持监测现状及其指标方法体系,并通过监测指标的筛选、监测点位的布设和监测方法的选择这3个全面涵盖生产建设项目水土保持监测各个方面的问题系统阐述了实际监测工作中应注意的主要问题及其解决的办法与建议。Abstract：The promulgation of ＂Law of The People＇s Republic of China on Water and Soil Conservation＂ points out that the water and soil conservation monitoring of the production and construction projects needs to be strengthened and carried out widely in China. The water and soil conservation monitoring is a new field in China, and soil erosion is a process with complex mechanisms and rules, which results in the existence of many difficult problems for the monitoring work. These problems can affect the accuracy of the monitoring results. In this paper, the current status and the monitoring index system of the water and soil conservation monitoring in the production and construction projects are illustrated. In addition, this paper notes the main problems and their countermeasures in the water conservation monitoring from three aspects, including the selection of the monitoring index, the design of the monitoring points, and the selection of the monitoring methods.
