摘  要:为了解决石油钻探过程中井下随钻信息的传输难题,电子科技集团第二十二研究所开发了SEMWD-2000电磁波随钻测量系统,它是国内首套此类装置。简述了电磁波随钻测量技术的工作原理和发展趋势;介绍了系统构成和试验情况,从试验数据上看,系统的数据采集、信号传输是可靠的,电磁波信号发射天线的绝缘性能良好;井斜、方位及随钻自然伽马等参数与其他仪器的对比试验数据吻合较理想。试验表明,该系统能够满足实际作业需求,初步实现了设计目标。In order to solve the problem of downhole information transmission during oil drilling,MWD System with SEMWD-2000 Electromagnetic Waves was developed by The 22nd Research Institute of Electronic Science &Technology Group Corporation,which is the first domestic set of such devices.The authors gave a brief introduction to the working principles and development trends of electromagnetic measurement while drilling technology,presented the system components and test situation.Seen from the system's test data,the data acquisition and signal transmission are reliable,the insulating properties of electromagnetic signal transmitting antenna are good.The comparative experiments showed its well inclination,azimuth,the natural gamma while drilling etc.were consistent with the data of other instruments.The experiments showed that the system can meet the actual operational requirements,and its design goals were initially realized.
