摘  要:录井过程中气测仪的样品气抽气系统有时会出现抽吸钻井液的情况。针对困扰气测录井的这一难题,在分析气测仪抽气系统抽吸钻井液原因的基础上,围绕样品气抽吸系统压力的变化,提出了抽气系统改进的两种方法,一是使用气体压力传感器对样品气进行压力监测与报警;二是使用气体压力开关对抽气泵进行控制。现场试验结果表明,两者结合使用可有效避免抽气系统抽吸钻井液的情况,确保气测录井作业安全、有效进行。Sometimes swabbing drilling fluid may occur in the sample gas drawing system of the gas measuring instrument during the logging process,this problem troubled the gas logging,on the basis of analyzing the causes of swabbing drilling fluid in the gas measuring instrument and taking the pressure changes of the sample gas drawing system,two improvement ways are provided for the drawing system.First,using gas pressure sensor to monitor the pressure and alarm for the sample gas,second,using gas pressure switch to control the suction pump.The field test results showed that it can effectively avoid the drawing system swabbing drilling fluid by a combination of both ways,thus effectively ensuring the safety of gas logging operations.
