摘　　要：本论文针对一直困扰防腐维修人员的喷淋房旋转辊带座轴承频繁失效问题，从源头出发探究其失效原因，以理论为依据并结合实际重新设计出一种新式的轴承座，为生产提供了保障，节约了成本。The frequent failure of the housed bearings on the rotating roller in the water spraying booth are addressed and the root causes are explored. With the combination of theory and practice, a new type of bearing housing is designed, which is an assurance for a high efficient production line with a low cost.
