摘　　要：本文着重介绍以下两种新型防腐工艺技术。（1）在喷涂FBE（3PE专用粉末）涂层外，人工涂刷无溶剂液态环氧，确保防腐性能达到或优于双层环氧防腐性能。（2）以FBE涂层为底剂，外涂纯聚酯，性能既满足FBE防腐性能，又可以达到露天耐紫外线的良好作用。The paper focuses on two novel coating processes. （ 1 ） Externally apply solvent - free liquid epoxy by hand brush over the sprayed FBE powder coating for special purpose of 3LPE in order to ensure the coating performance up to or higher than two - layer epoxy coating. （2） Externally apply pure polyester over the FBE primer to meet the corrosion resistance performance as well as the outdoor UV re sistance performance.
