摘　　要：对高校图书馆员进行职业规划与管理,是提升图书馆竞争力、提高图书馆馆员自身素质的有效途径。文章就高校图书馆员职业规划与管理的内涵、重要性以及实施举措进行了阐述。Management and career planning for College Librarians is an effective way to sharpen the competitive edge of the library and develop the quality of the librarians. This paper attempts to elaborate the intension and the importance of the management and career planning, and measures in carrying it out.
