摘　　要：提出了企业信息化评价指标体系,采用主观AHP和客观熵值法综合赋权的方法确定评价体系中各个指标的组合权重,并利用模糊综合评价方法评价企业信息化水平.并以M公司为例来说明建立的评价体系和模型对企业信息化建设和管理的实用价值.The paper builds an evaluation index system and adapts entropy methods and AHP to determine the combination weight of index and evaluate enterprise informationization by fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model. Finally, the proposed evaluation model is proved to be feasible by an example and guided the work of Informinationization.
