种子企业技术购买研发模式的决策研究

摘　　要：为了提高种子企业进行技术或品种购买时。对购买对象的筛选、判断与决策水平,筛选出符合市场发展要求的品种或技术。通过采用AHP法,选取品种比较排名、用户评价、审定区域、抗病性、商品性等作为评价指标,得到这些指标的权重,开展了对拟购买的技术或品种进行比较和决策研究。结果表明:AHP法可较好地解决种子企业的多准则决策问题,得出技术购买模式是种子企业获取技术的重要方式,采用技术购买研发模式的种子企业要具备一定数量的资金、对技术的识别与获得能力和很强的市场开发能力,使企业能选择适宜的方法来提高决策水平,从而降低经营风险。The purpose of this paper was to improve the technology purchased problem of multi-criteria decision of seed enterprise that was a process of selecting, judging and decision making. The indicators such as ranking of variety comparison, user evaluation, area examination and appraisal, disease resistance, and product properties were used as the evaluation indices, the AHP method was involved, the weight of these indices was calculated, and thus conducting the comparison of technology or variety purchased and the research of decision making. It was found that the problem of multi-criteria decision of seed enterprise could be resolved by applying AHP method. The technology purchased R D mode was an important way to obtain technology, the enterprise should have much money, the abilities of high level of distinguishing and obtaining technology, and strong ability of market development, and meanwhile, the enterprise should chose proper method to promote the level of decision making, and decreased the management risk.
