摘　　要：PROTOS70卷烟机的平准器是将吸丝通道中多余的烟丝削去,保证烟丝束分布均匀,达到产品技术标准要求。在生产过程中,因烟丝里常含有杂质,随烟丝进入吸丝通道后,容易使劈刀卡死而引起过载,造成平准器部件的劈刀、传动齿形带以及传动箱内零件的损坏,严重影响设备有效作业率和维修成本。The trued device of PROTOS70 cigarette maker is used to pare redundant cut tobacco is distributed evenly,which achieves the product technical standards.In production process,the tobacco often contains impurities, and if the impurities enter the wire-ab sorbing channel with the cut tobacco, they will make the cleaver stuck to cause overload and cause damage to the cleaver of the trued device, the transmission tooth belt and the parts in the transmission box, which will seriously impact the effective operation rate and maintenance cost of the equioment.
