摘　　要：监控摄像已广泛应用于多种公共场所,其中,视频解码板负责摄像云台中的摄像头进行水平、垂直方位旋转,还为云台内步进电机及摄像头提供直流12 V、5 V工作电源。一旦视频解码板出现故障,监控云台将失去其原有的功能,联动的云台旋转、摄像将无法正常工作。Monitoring camera has been widely used in many public places, and the video decodeing board is used not only for the camera in the horizontal, holder camera vertical rotate each, but also in holder for step motor and cameras provide de 12 V, 5 V work power.Once the video decoding board failure, the monitoring will lose the original function, the linkage of rotating and camera will not work normally.
