摘　　要：农村图书馆是中国图书馆事业的重要组成部分。农村图书馆建设需要根据各地特点选择合适的建设模式。根据黑龙江省的特点,设计"3-2"模式,即以县市级公共图书馆、学校核心馆和协调委员会为三个横向核心.以乡镇文化站和中小学校为两条主线建设农村图书馆,并对"3-2"模式操作可行性,可能存在的问题及解决方案进行分析。Rural library is an important part of China＇s library cause. Rural library construction should according to local con- ditions, andthen select one proper constructionpattem. According to the characteristics of Heilongjiang, designed ＂3-2＂ pattern. There are country and city level public library, school core library, Coordination committee as cross- wise cores. And build two main line： township cultural stations and primary and secondary schools in countryside. Then analyze the ＂3-2＂pattern＇s operational feasibility, possible problems and solutions.
