摘　　要：针对刚刚公示的《广州市历史文化名城保护规划》所涉及的有关问题,阐述了广州恩宁路骑楼街是一处民间粤剧文化内涵丰富、有世界影响的历史街区,是一条应积极申报、全力抢救的中国历史文化名街,提出了应科学、公正、大胆地制订名城保护规划的建议,采取有效措施,让恩宁路骑楼历史文化街区得到光大复兴。In the spirit of the Protection Planning of the Famous, Historical and Cultural City of Guangzhou, the Guangzhou Enning arcade block is a historical block of folk opera culture and has rich connotation and worldwide influence. The protection of the block is necessary. We should provide the suggestions about making a professional, justice and bold protection planning and take effective measures to make the block peace and prosper.
