摘  要:介绍了一种环保的钛合金阳极氧化的工艺,该工艺没有传统工艺中氢氟酸、铬酸等毒性物质,减少了对环境造成的影响,并且该工艺流程简单,原料廉价易得,生产成本不高。阳极氧化生成的氧化膜具有良好的耐蚀、耐磨性能,经过封闭处理后氧化膜的表面粗糙度大大降低,耐盐雾腐蚀1 500h以上。基于阳极氧化工艺中存在的一些缺点和难点,阐述了钛合金阳极氧化的优势,分析了钛合金阳极氧化工艺的应用现状,并展望了其应用趋势。A kind of environmental titanium alloy anode oxidation process was introduced in this paper. Different from traditional process, there were not toxic substances such as hydrofluoric acid and chromic acid in this process, which would reduce the effect on environment. And more, the process was simple, the raw material was cheap and easy to get, and the production cost was low. The oxide film from anode oxidation process had good capability of wear resistance and corrosion resistance. The surface roughness of the oxide film was reduced greatly after treated by seal and could resist salt mist corrosion for over 1 500 h. The preponderances of titanium alloy anode oxidation process were elaborated based on some shortcomings and difficulties of traditional anode oxidation process. The application present situation of titanium alloy anodic oxidation process was analyzed, and its application tendency was prospected.
