摘 要:井下串联抽稠油泵能对粘度高、在井筒中流动阻力大的稠油进行有效举升。该泵在上冲程时从油管掺入降粘液,并吸入地层产出液;在下冲程时将二者混合并通过油套环空举升至地面。分析了滑阀弹簧的受力情况,通过试算的方法对弹簧的材料和几何参数进行设计,并进行强度和稳定性校核。对该泵的在不同情况下工作时的参数设置具有指导作用。By using the down hole pumps in series, heavy oil with high viscosity which can cause high resistance in the well bore can be effectively lifted. Degradable fluid is injected in the pump from oil tube during the process of upstroke; meanwhile the produced fluid would be sucked in. And during the process of down stroke, the degradable fluid and produced fluid would be mixed and lifted up to the ground through casing tubing annulus. In this paper, strength performance of the spool spring was analyzed. The material of the spring and its parameters were designed through trial calculation. Then the intensity and stability of the spring were also checked. All this can provide a guide for parameter setting in different working conditions.
