摘 要:采用反应釜模拟锌精矿常压富氧浸出条件,考查了精矿粒度、酸锌摩尔比、温度、氧压、搅拌转速、时间、液固比等因素对锌浸出率的影响并获得了优化的工艺条件。在优化浸出条件下,锌浸出率大于97%,渣含锌约3%;铟浸出率约96%,渣含铟约0.000 4%;银浸出很少,大部分留于渣中;浸出渣含硫大于78%。Using reactor to simulate the process of zinc concentrate oxygen-rich leaching under normal pressure, the effect of particle size of concentrate, molar ratio of sulfuric acid to zinc, temperature, oxygen pressure, agitation speed, leach time and liquidsolid ratio on leach efficiency of zinc was investigated and the optimal condition was obtained. Under that condition, the leaching rate of zinc is more than 97%, zinc in residue is about 3%, the leaching rate of indium is about 96%, indium in residue is about 0.0004%, silver is seldom leached with most of it in residue and the sulfur content is above 78% in leaching residue.
