考虑检测影响的贮存-检测模型及其参数估计

摘　　要：基于产品定期检测数据,考虑了检测对产品可靠性的影响,给出了一个考虑检测影响的贮存-检测模型,并给出了相应的参数估计方法.最后举例说明该模型的有效性.Based on the data of periodic inspection, we considered the effect of inspection on product reliability, and give a new storage reliability model. For this model, we give the method of parameter estimation. A numerical example is provided to prove the validity of the model.
