摘  要:为了给尾翼弹引信设计提供参考,采用有限元分析软件ANSYS/LS-DYNA,对弹丸以不同着角碰击不同材质、不同厚度的薄弱目标过程进行数值仿真研究。仿真结果表明:弹丸碰击薄弱目标的前冲过载系数值在某一特定着角时达到最大值,靶板材质和靶板厚度不同这一特定着角值也不同。超口径尾翼弹碰靶着角较大时,其最大前冲过载系数出现在尾翼穿过靶板时,而不是出现在头部侵彻靶板时。射击试验结果表明:根据上述仿真结果设计的引信惯性触发开关能够满足钝感度、弹道安全性以及擦地炸作用率要求。To provide design reference to fin projectile fuze, the process of projectile impacting vulnerable targets of different material and thickness with diferrent inpact angle was numerically simulated by ANSYS/LS-DYNA. The simulation results indicated that the set-forward overload factor of projectile impacting vulnerable target reached the top value with a certain impact angle, which varying with diferrent material and thickness of the targets. When super caliber fin-stabilized projectile impacted target board by large impact angles, the biggest set- forward overload factor occured while the fin penetrating target board but not projectile head penetrating the board. The test results proved that the fuze inertia contact switch designed based on the simulation data could satisfy the demandes on insensitivity, ballistic safety and graze burst action efficiency.
