摘　　要：文化大发展大繁荣关系中国特色社会主义的前途,关系到中华民族的伟大复兴,影响人类文明进步的前程。社会文化决定档案事业发展的水平,反之,档案事业可以推进社会文化的发展。必须深化改革,锐意创新,实现档案基础设施现代化、人才队伍高端化、档案信息社会化、编研工作文化化,才能为文化大发展大繁荣作出贡献。Cultural development ＆ prosperity matters greatly to the future of socialism with Chinese characteristics and to the rejuvenation of Chinese nation, promoting the progress of human civilization. The development of archives cause depends on social culture and also promotes its progress. Therefore, the in-depth reforms and innovations are needed in order to realize modernization of archives infrastructure, high-end development of talent team, socialization of archives information, and culturalization of compiling and researching, making great contributions to the cultural development and prosperity.
