摘 要:介绍了一种用于相控阵雷达的高相位一致性声表面波(SAW)滤波器,该种滤波器采用谐振型5换能器结构,基片材料为42°Y-X切型LiTaO3。通过对结构优化,提高了矩形系数,改善了群延时波动。制作出一款频率为500MHz,插入损耗1.2dB的滤波器,并该设计满足了相控阵雷达对声表面波滤波器高幅相一致性的要求,生产成品率提高。A surface acoustic wave (SAW) filter with good phase consistency for phased array radar application is introduced in this paper. A resonant 5 IDT structure and 42°Y-X cut LiTaO3 substrate material have been used for the filter implementation. By optimizing the structure, the shape factor and the group delay ripple characteristic have been improved. The fabricated SAW filter has the center frequency of 500 MHz and the insertion loss of 1.2 dB. The design is satisfied with the requirement of high amplitude and phase consistency for the phased array radar application, and the rate of finished products has been increased.
