摘  要:由于B11b煤层所赋存的复合顶板、"三软"复杂地质开采条件,工作面受开采高度、顶板管理、煤壁控制及装备等因素影响,安全开采难度大。通过在谢一矿深井高地压"三软"复杂地质条件下进行大采高综采工艺试验,从工艺设计、工作面"三机"配套、设备研制等方面实现了高标准;并在井巷布置、采煤工艺、劳动组织等方面进行创新,工作面实现了安全高效开采。The Bllb coal seam is hard to mine because of its composite roof, soft complicate geological conditions and the working face controlled by mining height, roof management, wall control and equipment. The fully mechanized mining with large caving height experiments are carried out in deep well with high ground pressure and soft geological conditions in Xieyi Mine. It promotes the techniques, design standard, the matching equipment of working face and the new equipment develop. The innovation of mine layout, mining technology and labor organization are also implemented. Those make the mining work safe and efficient.
