摘 要:皮革在高温下的热解特性与其耐热性、抗燃性两项指标密切相关。本论文选取六种复鞣剂,分别采用常规复鞣工艺对削匀牛蓝湿革进行复鞣;再通过TG-DSC热分析连用技术对各复鞣革样及对比样热解性能进行分析,实验可获得皮革的热解过程特性参数:温度区间、时间范围以及热解过程中的吸热量。结果表明:各复鞣革样起始分解温度均较对比样有所降低,各复鞣革中铬复鞣革热失重达10%时的温度最高,为267.7℃;有机磷复鞣革分解吸热量最大为250.8 J/g,分解残余碳量仅次于铬鞣革;其他各种复鞣革热解特性参数也各不相同。The pyrolysis characteristics was closely related with heat resisting property and flame resisiting property of leather.Six retanning agent were selected to retan cattle wet blue with a routine method.The pyrolysis performance of retanned leather was analysized by the thermogravimetry and differential scanning calorimetry(TG-DSC) simultaneous thermal analyzer to get some parameters of pyrolysis process: temperature range,time range and absorbed heat.The results show that the initial decomposition temperature of the retanned leather was lower than that of the control leather.Among the retanned leather,the temperature of 10% weight loss of chrome retanned leather was the highest,267.7 ℃.The leather retanned with organic phosphor had the highest absorbed heat value of 250.8 J/g and its char yield value was only second to chrome leather.The parameters of other retanrned leather were also different.
