摘 要:[目的]以花翅摇蚊(Chironomus kiiensis)为暴露对象,采用急性毒性试验方法研究了杀菌剂戊唑醇对花翅摇蚊幼虫的毒性以及对抗氧化酶系统的影响。[结果]戊唑醇对花翅摇蚊1龄和4龄幼虫48 h的EC50值分别为3.056、4.618 mg/L。各个取样时间之间CAT活性存在显著差异,0.5 mg/L处理组CAT活性先升高后降低,1.0、2.0 mg/L处理组持续降低;各质量浓度处理组与对照组间SOD活性均有显著差异,但变化并无一定规律;由于花翅摇蚊幼虫体内GSH-PX较低,未能用所购买试剂盒测出4龄幼虫体内的GSH-PX。[Aims] Acute toxicity of tebuconazole to Chironomus kiiensis larval at different instars and responses of the antioxidant system in fourth instar larval were evaluated by acute toxicity test. [Results] For the first and fourth Chironomus kiiensis larval exposed in tebuconazole, the EC50 with the treatment time of 48 h were 3.056 and 4.618 mg/L respectively. CAT activity showed significant differences between different sampling time. At low concentration (0.5 mg/L), CAT activity was increased firstly, and then decreased later, and it kept decreasing at higher concentration (1.0, 2.0 mg/L). For SOD activity, there were significant differences between each treatments and control groups, but it showed irregular variation. The GSH-PX activity was too low in Chironomus kiinensis larva to determine by the kit.
