摘　　要：鄱1A是江西农业大学用自选保持系961(珍汕97B/金23B)为母本与965(浙9248变异单株)杂交,后代再与珍汕97A测交并连续回交转育而成的水稻不育系,具有败育彻底、育性稳定、异交结实率高、稻瘟病抗性较好、茎秆较粗壮、配合力高等特点。2010年鄱1A及其所配杂交早稻组合鄱优364(鄱1A/R364)均通过了江西省农作物品种审定委员会审定。Po 1 A,developed by Jiangxi Agricultural University,is a new CMS line in rice.For the breeding procedure of Po 1 A,firstly,some F7 single plants from the cross of 961（a maintainer line derived from Zhenshan 97 B/Jin 23 B） and 965（a mutant plant of Zhe 9248） were selected to cross in pair with Zhenshan 97 A to test their maintaining ability.Then,the plants with good maintaining ability were selected to successively backcross in pair with completely male sterile plants till both the backcrossing population and its corresponding paternal population were uniform in plant morphology in 2005.It is characterized with complete and stable male sterility,high outcrossing rate,good blast resistance and high combining ability.In 2010,Po 1 A and Poyou 364（Po 1A / R364,an early hybrid rice combination） were released for commercialization by Jiangxi Provincial Crop Variety Appraisal Committee.
