杂交中籼稻稻米RVA的基因型差异及与籽粒充实的关系

摘　　要：以12个杂交中籼稻组合为材料,研究了籽粒充实性状和RVA特征值的差异及RVA特征值与籽粒充实性状的关系。结果表明,不同杂交中籼稻组合间的籽粒充实性状和RVA特征值差异均达到了极显著水平,但所有参试组合的RVA特征值与籽粒充实性状间不存在简单的直线相关。经过动态聚类分析将供试组合分成3类,不同类别杂交稻组合的RVA特征值与籽粒充实性状间的相关性不同。最终粘度、最低粘度越小的类别,最终粘度、最低粘度与籽粒充实度相关越显著;最高沾度越大的类别,最高粘度与籽粒充实指数相关越显著;消减值的绝对值越大的类别,随消减值绝对值的增大,籽粒充实指数显著减小。Using 12 medium indica hybrid rice varieties as the materials,the RVA profile characteristics and grain-filling characteristics were surveyed to clarify their difference among hybrid rice varieties,and the correlation of the RVA eigenvalues to grain-filling characteristics were further analyzed.The results showed that there existed a very significant difference among the tested medium indica hybrid rice varieties in all of the RVA eigenvalues and the grain-filling characteristics,but there was not a linear correlation between the RVA eigenvalues and the grain-filling characteristics among all tested varieties.By the dynamic clustering analysis,the tested varieties were classified into three groups.The correlation between the RVA eigenvalues and the grain-filling characteristics was further analyzed within each group.It was found that cool paste viscosity（CPV） and hot paste viscosity（HPV） were very significantly correlated to grain plumpness positively in the group with lowest CPV and HPV,peak viscosity（PKV） was very significantly correlated to grain-filling index positively in the group with highest PKV,and the absolute value of setback（SBV） was significantly and negatively correlated to grain-filling index in the groups with higher absolute values of SBV.
