摘　　要：机会差距受到经济发展、政策制度布局以及自我重视程度的影响。客观基础与主观努力正在改变各地公共图书馆服务体系发展的路径。找到发展的机会差距是为了实事求是地认清现状、谋求机遇、做好定位和寻找适合自身发展的道路,有利于利用自我调节机制平衡发展动能,甚至还能激发改变现状的潜能和奋发图强的精神。Chance disparity is influenced by economic development, overall arrangement of the policy and system, self-attention degree, objective foundation and subjective efforts are changing the route of regional service system development of public library. The aim of finding chance disparity of development is to see clearly current situation, seek opportunity, fix on an orientation and look for suitable one＇s own road of development, which is helpful to utilizing kinetic energy of self-regulation mechanism and equilibrium to develop, even still can stimulate latent energy and spirit of working hard which change the current situation.
